All to often if you are beginning needlepoint you get bogged down or discouraged. The class might be too far away or too expensive. The shop you go to may be unfriendly to you or to beginners. You may feel compelled to stitch with ________ (fill in the blank). You may not learn many stitches or the class doesn’t cover the ones you want. You’re left-handed and the teacher doesn’t understand this. They never teach you how to stitch painted canvases, or pick stitches, or know what threads to use.
I’m sure you could go on and on, just as I can.
I’ve created a revolutionary way for new stitchers to learn needlepoint. In my Beginner’s Forum, starting March 1, 2017 we’ll cover every aspect of needlepoint – stitches, materials, threads, accessories, and more – in emails coming at least twice a week. By the end of the six-month class you will have learned dozens of stitches from every major stitch family. You will know about many different kinds of threads and how to use them. You will have stitched six different projects created specifically for the Forum. And you will have participated in three Painted Canvas Labs that will take you through the process of picking threads and stitches for a canvas.
The poinsettia you see at the top of this article is one of the three projects for the labs.
It’s not like any other needlepoint class out there. For just $35 you’ll get all this in a format that friendly for everyone. Your lessons come as email attachments in PDF format, which can be read easily. You don’t have to use video, you don’t need to join any special groups, and you wont need special software.
For less than the cost of many needlepoint books and classes, you’ll get the keys to a lifetime of creativity and great projects. The stitches you learn can be used on your projects for many years. The techniques you encounter will be ones that you will use again and again in your projects, workshops, and classes.
The Forum is just $35 and begins March 1. Just use the PayPal button below to register.
