With the heat last weekend (and through Wednesday) I was very tired this week. Probably all the other stuff I had been doing didn’t help. A couple of days I did not even manage to stitch at all! Friday I finally managed to finish a project that has been hanging over my head. I also started a new project this week but only finished a bit.
I definitely feel more encouraged today than last Sunday, I think the heat brought everyone down.
So today I am going to celebrate by working on a little ornament for my DH. It’s a baseball ornament for the Oakland A’s, his favorite team, made by Marlene Makes It Fun. The round front is stitched and then it has a pre-finished back to put it on. Needless to say, it won’t be a surprise. But it will be good for a summer day’s stitching.
