Using the chair arm as a pincushion?
Not putting things away? check
Avoiding finishing? check
I have done, and still do, every one of Mary Cotbet’s bad stitching habits. I’m even willing to bet that we all have at least one of these.
But what makes Mary’s post so wonderful is that she not only lists them, she explains why they are bad and gives us ways to solve the problem.
At least when I stitch watching TV the wooden arms of my chair can’t be pincushions. (Of course my DH would say that I use the floor instead.)
