It sits there in your stash looking beguiling. You had to have it. You really want to stitch it. But . . .
You have no idea what to do.
It happens to us all the time and our stashes are littered with canvases like this. What’s a stitcher to do?
You could buy a stitch guide from your shop, but it may not have enough information.
You could buy a guide from the designer but you’ll have the same problem and pay more.
You could buy a custom stitch guide, but that’s even more expensive.
To make matters worse none of these solutions may fit your skill level, style, or even your ideas about the canvas.
Some stitchers turn to canvas enhancement classes to solve this problem, but often the results don’t satisfy. You’ve had to buy the canvas, pay for the class, take time to attend, and you may have to pay extra for threads, lodging, meals, or the guide. And you still may not have enough help to stitch the canvas.
It’s frustrating and, to be quite honest, it doesn’t work. You don’t have to settle for incomplete, expensive, or unsatisfying solutions. You can create your own stitch guide.
And that’s just what my most-anticipated class does each year. It gives you the tools you need to create a stitch guide. One that takes into account both you and the canvas. One that gives you a design you want to stitch. One you’ll love.
In this class, beginning June 25 you’ll get the tools you need to create guides. You’ll learn what stitch guide writers, teachers, and shop owners know but don’t tell you. You’ll see successful and unsuccessful projects. Best of all, you’ll see stitch guides in action by seeing the thought processes that go on behind the choices in each guide.
This class has helped many stitchers gain the knowledge and confidence they need to stitch from their own choices. It’s done through email, so you can work at your own pace and on your own schedule. You’ll have more than scribbled notes, you’ll have a permanent record you can use as a reference.
This incredible opportunity to learn is just $45, far less than the cost of many guides. You’ll see and learn the secrets behind writing guides, giving you the tools you need to create beautiful needlepoint canvases.
