Four-way and alternating stitches can be great when you are stitching designs clearly. Packages such as this one from Catherine Lenore (available on Etsy). Recently I saw a four-way version of Diagonal Scotch, below, and thought it would be perfect here.
it’s stitched using teal Glisten to match last week’s ornament. The ribbons are in Soft Sheen Fyre Werks and a Sue Spargo variegated cotton for the background.
