Amy Bunger has written a stitch guide for Melissa Shirley’s lovely Christmas Tree Lady. Mogan Julia has created a New York bar cart for West Village Knit & Needle.JP NEeedlepoint has a lovely large canvas of Hannukah ornaments,
Robbyn’s Nest has a lovely burgundy Art Nouveau floral canvas available through her distributor, Chris Lewis. Beth Russell has a new kit based on Aesop’s fable of The Hare and the Tortoise. Susan Roberts has new 4″ high Easter eggs on 18-nesh canvas. Kangaroo Paw has added new sayings on striped backgrounds that also include the company’s mermaids. The company also has a charming sweetheart canvas with a pink and white striped background.
Kelly Clark has a new series of winter acorns, most with a lovely light blue and red color scheme. Sandra Gilmore has a lovely new widow canvas that’s from the outside looking in. Pink Petals has new sayings canvases, distributed by CBK. Jude Designs has three new nutcrackers with designs licensed by Tabasco. Painted Pony has a charming Autumn Quen angel, expanding that series. Another new angel is the Koi Pond Angel with colorful fish and bloomin waterliles.
One of Kate Dickerson’s artists, Marin Devine, has a canvas of Our Lady of Guadalupe with a bouquet of roses. Kate also has chinoiserie jars with tassels in pink and green. j.child has expanded her troll and Fairy House collection to larger canvases with both a house and mushrooms. Jean Smith has a charming window box square on 13-mesh. Edie & Ginger has a ew gnome ornament with space for a monogram.
The second volume of embellishments from The Stitch Squad is available to pre-order from some shops. The book is supposed to cover stitches not in the first book. Fyberpates is a new embroidery wool from England. It isn’t widely distributed yet but it can be found in some knitting shops. Planet Earth has a new self-finishing leather case for a small shaving kit. It comes in black or navy. Gone Stitching has added7 new colors of Twinkle.
