I like to think that every needlepoint canvas presents an opportunity. If we didn’t hope that we could make the design better by stitching it after all, wouldn’t we just buy a print or frame the unstitched canvas?
When you buy that needlepoint canvas you do so with the hope that it will be beautiful when stitched. Then you decide to start on the project and reality steps in — you don’t know what to do.
Maybe not with the entire canvas but with enough that you are unhappy and frustrated. You’re stuck.
It happens to us all and accounts, I think, for why canvas enhancement classes are so popular.
But these classes create their own set of problems. They are very expensive. They may require you to travel, adding even more to the cost. Most of the time you need to buy a canvas, even though your stash is bursting with stuff. And, at class, you may not hear the advice given to others or you may not have time to ask questions.
My email Canvas Enhancement Forum solves all this. Once a week and usually more often for six months you’ll get specific suggestions for stitching areas of specific canvases. You’ll see every canvas, you’ll get stitch diagrams and you’ll understand why the stitches were picked so that you can apply these ideas to your own projects.
You won’t have to travel, you won’t need to buy a new canvas, you won’t be tied to the threads at a specific shop and you’ll be able to learn at your own pace in the comfort of your own home.
Every student in the class can submit up to eight areas in canvases for stitch suggestions. In addition members of the Forum can ask more general questions, that will also be answered. And every student gets every bit of advice.
The Forum starts September 1 and lasts at least through March 31 or until every canvas is covered. Last year the Forum lasted through April. It’s tons of inspiring content that will energize your stitching, I know it’s done that for me.
If you take an in-person forum you can expect to pay $300 or more for one day of classes. Even some on-line classes cost hundreds of dollars. With my Canvas Enhancement Forum you’ll get 6 months or more of great instruction for only $49. That’s right, for less than $50 you’ll learn so much in a Forum that’s tailored to your interests as stitchers.
There are only a limited number of spaces in the Forum and it fills up fast. Sign up soon to get started on a great needlepoint adventure!

Can the 8 pictures have ares from different canvases or must they all be from the same canvas?
No more than 3 areas can be from the same canvas, otherwise the maximum total numbers of areas is 8.
Keep stitching,
