Her daughter Ashley Dillon-Davis has three canvases with a little witch in violet coat & hat gardening, cooking, or looking out to sea on Halloween. I love Pippin’s new nine — Nine Christmas ornaments. I believe that some of these are also available singly as 3″ squares. All are on 13 mesh. Pippin also has a new Halloween canvas of three witches. The sky is full of bats, and three black cats accompany the witches. Tapestry Fair’s artist Dominic Bourbeau works in a great Mid-century Modern style. The newest canvas from this artist features three overlapping cats. Colors of Praise has added a lovely new detailed canvas of four Oriental urns. This large panel would coordinate will with her teacup and teapot panels. Susan Roberts has many geometric designs, the newest is called “Boxes” and features telescoping squares of different sizes and colors. The design, with 25 square patches in all, would be a great, restful stash project. The square is 14″ on 13 mesh.
A delightful project bag is from Bee in my Bonnet and distributed by Yarn Tree. It is 12-count open-weave mesh in a pouch shape. The size is 12.5″ square and 3.5″ deep. Looking at more traditional designs, Decorations has a magnificent 18″ square wuth a paisley design in celadon, pink, and light rust. Also traditional is a canvas from JP Needlepoint that is Chinese in inspiration. It has multiple borders that highlight Chinese keys and lattices in yellow, red, and black.
