
On Monday, the post went over the steps to make you own Stitch Showcase ornament. I’m hoping to make a bunch as gifts, so I have been working on them steadily. They don’t take long to stitch and because I’m using leftover threads and scraps of canvas, they are thrifty too.
The first three are pictured above. Below you’ll find the stitch diagrams for each one. You still have time to make a few for this year. Or get started on next year.
Cashmere-Mosaic Stripe Ornament
This ornament is bottom left.

Stitched on 13-mesh canvas, I used an overdyed matte cotton for the Cashmeres Rainbow Tweed for the Mosaics.
It uses a wooden frame for finishing.
Open Giant Scotch Check Ornament
This ornament is top center.

The ornament is stitched using Soft Sheen Fyre Werks on 18-mesh canvas that has been painted bright jade green with acrylic paints.
It uses a Studio Decor frame for finishing.
Random Stepped Elongated Cashmere Ornament
This ornament is bottom right. Stitch all the Cashmeres for your ornament. Once complete make pairs of Straight Stitches in random places throughout the ornament. Make as many Straight Stitches as you like.

This ornament was stitched on 18 mesh using Vineyard Silk Classic and Crystal Braid.
It uses a wooden frame for finishing.
