My Internet & phone were down for two days. Apparently, ATT&T has a new mission statement — the customer comes last! I had an appointment at 8:30 this morning. In spite of being assured that someone would be here before 10:30, and then at noon, the technician who arrived said he did not even get the service request until noon.
Unbelievable! If it manages to stay up, there will be posts.
The problem appears to be fixed, but a new post on Thursday, January 7.
