
Patricia Sone has three new eyeglass cases, one a lovely topiary tree. She also has new sayings and sleep masks. Patti Mann has new two-side holiday figures, especially great ones for Halloween. And Thanksgiving. New stockings include a mermaid stocking and one with Santa surfing. You’ll find a simple and elegant canvas with playful cats in light pink on a pink background for cat lovers. It is also available in two shades of grey.
Rachel Donley has lots of new letters. Some are to North Pole characters; for example, Mrs. Claus, others are new destinations. Some letters can be personalized and destination letters for different kinds of places (beach, mountains, etc.) that come with charts to add your own destination. She also has new gingerbreads and new inserts for monograms.
Pepperberry has Christmas stockings caps in various colors. They also have adorable oval ornaments with running rabbits with scarves. There are four color combinations in all. Their popular Dala horse design is now available as just the horse’s head. Finish this on a stick for a different look. The full Dala horse can also be seen on a charming welcome sign. Pippin has new eyeglasses cases with complex backgrounds.
Abigail Cecile has lots of new butterfly canvases, including six single ones and two lovely butterfly clutches. For PLD Designs, licensed artist Catherine Nolan has wonderful canvases of a Crowned Crane, a Great Blue Heron, or a Flamingo. Colorful landscapes from PLD include country scenes from Louise Marion and NYC designs from Marcia Steinbock. One of the NYC canvases is of the Brooklyn Bridge that really shows off the cables. Marion also has a lovely tropical fish panel. PLD has several new Hamsa hands, most with lots of decoration. My two favorites have Jerusalem with two doves and another showing The Creation.
From Tapestry Fair, there is a colorful angel stocking of Ann Speiss Mills. From Anne Jerlow, one of my favorites, there is a lovely canvas of three Indian maidens seen from the back. There is also a humorous Canine Creche canvas with three dogs around the Manger. New canvases from Renaissance include colorful houses surrounding a large open area. It’s the first in a new collection called In my neighborhood. The canvas is on 13 mesh and is 10×10.25.”
New from Quail Run is a southwestern American flag with petroglyph symbols for the red stripes and Southwestern-style crosses for the stars. A four-section panel from Quail Run has an adobe house and the surrounding landscape. Another of the canvases takes its inspiration from Mexican folk art with two canvases of colorful birds.
Sew Much Fun has two new 3-D snowmen with big hats. Their shelf sitters’ collection has a new elf and A very pretty design, Watercolor Daisies, is available in two sizes. It would make a wonderful stash-buster project. New sport gift tags from Sew Much Fun show different animals ready to play.
The Point of It all has great geometric clutches with making two-sided eyeglass cases. Two other new glasses cases feature either a parrot or a rabbit amid flowers. Two lovely new stocking feature chickadees. Finally, a new coaster set features four different elegant teacups. A new designer, Tout le Monde, has Wellington boot, Wellies, ornaments in several different colors. The company also has a Union Jack sweater ornament.
New ornaments from The Princess & Me include the 2020-appropriate male and female health care workers in masks. You can also find round ornaments of a boy or girl nose in a book. They have several national Santas, including a German one playing a concertina. In their more humorous ornaments, there is a baby narwhal and a Santa hat-wearing avocado or parrot. For other holidays and events, Princess & Me always comes through with great designs. For Easter there are several bunnies. I love the Thanksgiving set with both pilgrims and Indians.
Treenway Silks has five new colors of their silk eyelash thread, all natural shades. They have added four new colors to their 65 Roses line, which helps fight Cystic Fibrosis. In addition to their seaside scenes, The Wellesley Collection has two lovely Sailor’s Valentines canvas that would make wonderful companion pillows. Their licensed designer Julie Paukert has three lovely seasonal doorways.
