I think I may have lost my mind, or what little is left at the moment. I am brimming over with great ideas for projects that will stretch your knowledge, enhance your creativity, and give you the tools you need to create beautiful needlepoint that is both inexpensive and unique. To do this, I’m introducing three great clubs with monthly needlepoint projects. Each will be exploring something different.
Options for signing up are after the descriptions of each club. There are choices for monthly or annual payments. Annual payments always have a discount of at least 20%.
Cupcakes!
In my brand new club, the Needlepoint Cupcake Club, the projects will feature one of three groups: techniques, stitches, or embellishments. If you have been wanting a great way to learn lots of new needlepoint while getting just a taste, you’ll love this club. It’s also a great choice for beginners or for those wanting to expand their needlepoint knowledge.
Projects will feature beading, other kinds of embellishments, couching, stumpwork, and more.
It’s $50 for the entire year or $5/month.

Quilty Needlepoint 2019
The quilt clubs have been my most popular and this new series, the third quilty club, will have all new designs for small projects based on quilts. This year the projects will be based on Amish quilts and will feature textured stitches.
The initial bonus lesson will help you understand Amish quilts and develop a color palette you can use for all your quilts to make a coordinated set.
This club is $75 for the entire year or $7.50 per month.

Iconographic Needlepoint 2
As I have explored the use of templates for needlepoint this year, I keep on discovering new sources that you can use to create your own unique designs. You’ll discover great sources of design from familiar and unexpected sources.
Bonus lessons in this club will teach you ways to color your canvas to create backgrounds that you only stitch lightly as well as wonderful and easy ways to color your canvas designs.
This club is perfect for stitchers who:
- want less expensive options than hand-painted canvas
- are unhappy with the canvases they find
- think they are not artistic but long to make unique designs
It’s $75 for the entire year or $7.50/month.

About Janet M Perry
Janet Perry is the Internet's leading authority on needlepoint. She designs, teaches and writes, getting raves from her fans for her innovative techniques, extensive knowledge and generous teaching style. A leading writer of stitch guides, she blogs here and lives on an island in the northeast corner of the SF Bay with her family
I would be more inclined to pursue your on line courses if there were pictures of the projects. It’s difficult to make the buying decision without seeing “what I’m getting”. Thank you.
It’s the nature of my clubs not to release pictures of the projects in advance. However you can see pictures of the many Amish-style quilt projects on the blog and elsewhere. In fact the picture at the top of the article is one of the Amish quilts. There are also pictures of some cupcakes I have done for other clubs and projects also here on the blog.
To find the do searches (upper right corner) for “Amish” and for “cupcake” You will get hits beyond just the projects because with over 3000 posts, there’s lots here.
To find examples of icons projects on the blog is harder. Just ask. I’ll be happy to send you pictures of some of this year’s projects.
Keep stitching,
Janet
