
These two pink patches were stitched using four strands of Gloriana silk. I picked this color, an unidentified skein in my stash, because it not only had hot pink, it also had some salmon tints that helped it relate to the salmon patches elsewhere in the piece.
Stitch the right patch in Divided Scotch, below. This stitch replaces the upper corner of each block with a Mosaic Stitch.

Stitch the left patch in Reverse Oatmeal, below. This stitch has rows of Reverse Diagonal Scotch with blocks of Scotch inserted between the rows.

Only two more weeks to go in the stitch along. The following week I will reveal our next project and talk about finishing ideas for this canvas.
