I finished the outlines in my vintage Hershey’s Kiss canvas and started filling it in with a lighter shade of silver. I like how the two silvers will give the feel of the crumpled foil. I’m planning on finishing it today.
I was showing it to my DH who was trying to figure out how it would look. I explained to him that the two straight sides get sewn together and make a cone shape. He then reminded me that Kisses were kind of bulged cones, being more bulky at the bottom, below.
Could this look like that? Quite frankly, I don’t know. I’d love ideas if any finishers out there know. But I also think the silver and the little banner coming out the top should be enough to convey the idea.
What do you think?

I’m loving this! Although I’ve been stitching a few years, I’m still very much a beginner so no finishing ideas from me :-). Finishing is something that holds me back because of cost when taking to it to a pro (quality is well worth it). Especially excited to see how this turns out!

I don’t have much to tell you as my finishing ideas are left up to someone who is much more in the the know than me. The stitching even boggles my mind. I have great faith in you and know whatever transpires will be beautiful and a fun piece!!

I’m working on this canvas now. Do you have a photo of your finished item? I’m trying to picture how it will look when it’s done.

Sorry, I don’t
Keep stitching,
