I feel as if I made progress against the pile of needlepoint projects. I’ve finished two ornaments and a much-delayed sampler will be done today. I made lots of progress on another ornament and have planned out six more that will be gifts.
Because I have the stuff to finish them, they can actually be given for Christmas.
I also got the finishing station set up and finished a ton of things, mostly because I was able to find & sort through most, but not all, my boxes of stitched but unfinished needlepoint. That makes everyone happy because it gets stuff out of the garage and gives me more things for gifts. Here’s a picture of some of them below.
So what am I stitching today? This adorable baby sleeping sign at the top of the post. A dear friend, her husband, and their lovely two-month-old came to visit Friday. This is for her. Because they live in Maryland, she is a Southern baby, so the sentiment is perfect.
I’m making progress but I’m baffled by the corner patches, so I’m skipping them for now. I’d love your ideas.
