Needlepoint belts are always a hit. Not only are they unique style, they can be used for many other items from tray sides to shoe straps. You don’t need a painted canvas to make a great belt. Charted plaids and tartans are excellent for this.
The patterns repeat naturally, creating a lively rhythm for the belt.
But it isn’t quite as easy as just grabbing your tartan and stitching. While you will easily have a repeat in the vertical stripes, your horizontal stripes could be very dull, depending on what part of the tartan you use.
That’s where the custom belt chart comes in. I’ll work with you to chart horizontal stripes that will be lively and will create a great belt.
Custom belt charts are available for 18mesh (21 stitches) or 14 mesh (17 stitches). You can choose any registered tartan for them, even ones that might look to big for most charts.
Included in the package are additional instructions made for stitching belts, including finishing the edges, threads for hard-wearing areas, and how to measure for your belt.
Charted monograms can be added for a small additional charge. They are ready in ten business days or less and come as PDFs.
Custom belt charts and instructions are only $22.50. Use the PayPal button below to get yours.
