When I wrote about the Planet Earth glasses case, one problem I had with it was the longer length of the adhesive. To make your design more flexible, extending the background is perfect. The design, as charted above, has a rectangle for the three-letter monogram with the circles pattern behind it. The circles are randomly placed on the background and can be one or more colors.
The design fits a 2×3 opening. This means it will fit into luggage tags, wallets, and card cases with this size opening as charted.
The alphabet is below.

Extend the design in different ways depending on the item you are making:
- Jewelry Box: Drop the letter box down to center of area. Extend the pattern on all sides.
- passport Holder/ebook cover/laptop holder: Drop the letter box down 1/2 inch (9 threads). Extend the pattern on all sides.
- Clutch or purse:Drop the letter box down to center of area. Add a third colored border one thread beyond the border. Extend the pattern on all sides.
- Can cozy: Drop the letter box down to center of area. Extend the pattern on top and bottom. Use colorfast treads.
