Rainbow Gallery introduced new colors of several of their threads at the second Open House event late last month. They had lots of vendors and shops, some from “as far away as New York and Toronto.”
Rainbow Eyelash, introduced last year, originally came in a handful of natural colors. With six bright new colors, you’ll be able to use this thread to create unusual effects for Halloween and more.
Petite Frosty Rays has a dozen new colors. Although there are a couple of brights, most of these colors are dark or subtle. They will add to the places where you can use this thread.
I love that Very Velvet and Very Velvet Petite always come out with the same colors. This makes it so easy to pick the correct size for your canvas without worrying about the color. There are six new colors, including three great blues.
Speaking of the petite sizes of threads, Petite Treasure Braid has eight new colors. If you have not tried this thread, you should. It’s thicker and easier to use than Blending Filament. I often use several threads in the same needle. It’s also great combined with other threads to add a bit of sparkle.
Glisten has nine new colors, six dark and three bright. The brights include chartreuse (a big color this year), and a tropical blue.
Rainbow Persian is the other thread with a dozen new colors. This line just keeps expanding to include more and more great colors. In this batch, there is a bright yellow and a dreamy pale turquoise green along with ten others.
