Planet Earth has announced six new colors in their Essentials thread (reviewed here). There are some lovely pinks, a brilliant, intense violet, and a red-violet with the delightful color name, June Bug.
Pippin has a canvas of a dozen cats I’m completely in love with. Both Kate Dickerson and The Collection have debuted pumpkins with a surprising inspiration. The pumpkins are all blue-and-white with Chinese-inspired designs. Patti Paints has six new adorable snowmen rounds, each wearing a different knitted hat or scarf. Laura Perin has a new chart out, Pumpkin Patch, which has only been a class until now.
Raymond Crawford has two new saints — Francis and Clare of Assisi. St. Clare is the patron saint of needleworkers because much of her later life, she was bedridden, and the only work she could do was embroidering vestments. Also new from Raymond is a series of Chrismons in silver and gold. The 4″ rounds are available in 13 or 18 mesh. He also has three canvases with an interlaced border with open centers that would be perfect for adding your own monogram.
One of the new Vicki Sawyer canvases from Melissa Shirley has six wonderful sheep of different breeds in a row. Rebecca Wood has added several more masked ornaments to the Santa and reindeer. These include a witch for Halloween, two snowmen, and a cardinal. They can be a cute way to commemorate 2020. Speaking of masks, Needlepaint has a stocking and two ornaments with a masked Santa. A lovely new canvas from Morgan Julia has pink peonies in a basket vase.
Rainbow Gallery’s new colors include eight new colors of Glisten (reviewed here) that include four fantastic bright fluorescents. The new Soft Sheen Fyre Werks colors include a wonderful new copper. This seems to be one of the hardest colors to find in metallics, so I am thrilled to see it. There are eight new colors in this thread. Entice, another metallic blend thread, has seven new colors, all pastels. These new shades join the new colors of Silk Lame and Neon Rays+.
JP Needlepoint has several lovely new square pillows in traditional designs. These have brighter, more contemporary colors combined with a classic style that makes them lovely pieces for your home. Another great canvas has stripes in a mod palette: wavy, plain, and with geometric patterns. Finally, a new canvas has a chicken with a fancy tail, her two chicks, and a baby pig peering over her back — it’s adorable!
A new Annie Lane Private Collection canvas has her chicken and a cow visiting a pumpkin patch. One of Kate Dickerson’s licensed artists, Megan Carn, has a series of small dog portraits with 20 breeds available. Abigail Cecile has added a fall monogram to her line of limited edition monogram kits.
