It’s just about halfway trough the year. It’s a good time to look at where I am on different 20 in 20 efforts. I only made one resolution for this — to stitch 20 minutes a day. So far I have only missed. one or two days, even though sometimes it has been hard.
On other efforts, I have stitched more than 20 projects so far. Although I did not have a goal for stitching this year, it’s on a pace for finishing between 40 & 50 projects, which is about my usual pace these days. The St. Christopher ornament from Pip & Roo above, is one of my finished projects.
I also wanted to make a good dent on getting stitched needlepoint finished into items. Although I have finished 20 so far, there is still lots to do, mostly larger items.
I wanted to get 20 new stitch guides into my Etsy shop. I have not gotten 20, but I am more than halfway there. I should be able to accomplish this by the end of the year.
Looking at how far along I am and thinking back to how little I had gotten done when the lockdown started, maybe it has not been to bad, boring and frustrating, but I have been able to be productive.
