I just love this quintet of roll-up ornaments by Sally London of Rainbow Gallery. They use a variety of threads and stitches. You could make them in any color scheme you like. Ornaments this shape are a nice change from round ornaments.
I’m also thinking that you could make them as stitched candies in different color schemes for each holiday or month. Buy a pretty bowl and put them on display.
