I love this Christmas tree canvas from Bee’s Knees for lots of reasons:
- The gift tag shape is unusual, but it isn’t too big to be an ornament.
- The colors give it a neat Mid-century modern style, and its clean design adds to that feel.
- The spaces are large so it’s a great canvas to show off stitches.
The canvas is from Bee’s Knees and is canvas BK-11. It’s a project that will be wonderful to stitch together. In this Stitch-along you’ll learn 6 stitches, how to outline an area, and how to use different threads. You’ll see the project as it comes together and you’ll increase your needlepoint knowledge with wonderful stitches and techniques you can use in your other projects.
It will be a great canvas to stitch together. Columns going over it will be posted weekly, on Sundays, for six weeks, beginning September 1. You’ll see my progress on the design, plus get a section of the stitch guide. After the SAL is over, send me a picture of your stitched project by December 1 and you’ll be entered in a contest.
Right now, you can get this canvas at Pocket Full of Stitches as part of their huge July Sale. If they have it in stock, it’s 30% off. Special order canvases are 20% off.
Next week I’ll post the thread list for the project.
Won’t you join me on this fun trip?

Sounds like fun. PFOS only had one canvas and it sold out. I am calling around . I will let you know if I find a source

I think they’ll order more if they get enough orders, so it’s still the best source I know of.
Keep stitching,
Janet
