
This week’s stitch, Poverello has bars of six short straight stitches that are connected by oblong crosses. It’s best to make this in stages. Stitch the bars first, then make the crosses. It might look complex, but it stitches up fast once you get going. Although it’s an open stitch, it could add n interesting texture to many areas.
The stitch diagram is below. It is in two colors to make the parts easier to distinguish.
