The incomparable Joni Stevenson had a marvelous post earlier this week that shows you how not to end your threads and what you should do instead.
If you’re like me you probably don’t think much about how you end your threads. For me, it’s because I don’t plan ahead enough to be careful about this.
But how you end your threads does make a difference. Joni shows how ending a thread behind a lighter thread shows through. And in her examples you can really see how bad this can look.
As always Joni shows us how to fix the problem. I’m planning on trying this, even though I’m notoriously bad at getting threads ending this way to stay in place.
