My current deadline project is due tomorrow. But in stitching it I have been facing a dilemma. It’s a needlepoint interpretation of a quilt. The quilt has a border. The border looks lovely on the quilt, but I like the look of the quilt’s center needlepointed without the border.
So for days I have been waffling backend forth:
to add a border or not
if so, what color and stitch
how wide should it be (the quilt’ border is pretty wide)?
should I do a border in the finishing instead?
It’s been making me nuts all week.
