Earlier this week Craft Gossip posted a wonderful YouTube video from DIY Stitching of this simple silk ribbon project.
Although the model is stitched on cloth, it can easily be stitched on needlepoint canvas (the narrator calls it “loosely woven cloth). I loved so many of the ideas: twisting the ribbon to make roses easily, using different ribbon fabrics to get different effects, and the wonderful ceramic half pots glued onto the design.
