The Victoria & Albert Museum has an amazing collection of needlework, stretching back to the Middle Ages. Unless we are researchers or are visiting London, we can’t easily see these treasures. Happily, the museum is helping us by putting together a page with short descriptions of many types of needlework, along with beautiful pictures.
It’s great eye candy.
