
Have you ever heard of a Pin Stitch? They are a knotless way to begin or end threads. These tiny stitches secure the thread and become hidden under your stitching. They work with almost all stitches except Tenr, pattern darning and some open stitches. They can take different shapes. The L-stitch, diagrammed above, is the first one I learned.
