Unless you have framed needlepoint on your walls, your office is probably devoid of needlepoint, I know mine is.
This Spanish industrial designer decided to combine old and new by stitching a traditional bouquet in needlepoint on the back of a mesh office chair.
The design is traditional Berlinwork but the result is very fresh and modern.
To do it just find a chair with a mesh back.
You can easily take this idea further by looking for mesh office products (pencil jars, letter trays, wastebaskets) and adding needlepoint to them. Even if your designs are modern or simple, you’ll have a unique look.
