KCN’s designer SCT has a set of card suits in blue with delightful patterns. Blue Ridge Stitchery has new rounds for Arches and Crater Lake National Parks. Plum Stitchery has a new Halloween Collection, Boo & White, that will be coming out early next year. A charming new canvas from Mindy is a rainbow of flowers with “Home Sweet Home” in the center. In addition to its new Halloween canvases, Stitch Rock has new Christmas sayings and an adorable gingerbread house ornament is available in two sizes and has a matching needleminder.
Ramsay Gourd is a new designer. His canvases have a classic look and often have fox hunting or riding as a theme. My favorite of his canvases is a dachshund brick cover. Le Point Studio has added three new houses and a snow-covered tree to its Christmas village series. A saying about stitching is also new and available in two sizes. Pepperberry has a wonderful series of New York City snowglobes, each with a different scene. My favorite one is the giant ornaments at Radio City. Another delightful series from the designer has clever child-like animals.
A new round ornament from Colors of Praise. has an alligator doing yoga. His body encircles a shining sun in a mod style. A Sitch in Time has three new geometric pillow canvases, including stripes and circles. The company also has a lovely canvas of two white roses. Associated Talents has eight new patterned acorns in fall colors. Some shops are already offering classes on these great designs. Danji has a new series of mini-socks with cute wooland creatures. They also have new patchwork pumpkins in fall colors. Different cups and wintry mugs are in squares in another new series from Danji.
Kirk & Bradley has new canvases in all three of the company’s collections. In Needlepoint to Go there is a design of leopards in black & white that’s available in two sizes and with four different background colors. They also have new sayings and a magnificent tree skirt. it has three available panels, each with a different nutcracker. From Burnett & Bradley, you’ll find delightful ho-ho-ho canvases. You can find the words arranged horizontally or vertically and with Santas or snowmen as the O. Kirk & Bradley has a new storefront clutch.
The Collection has a 3″ square based on the American flag. It has plenty of space for stitches in a canvas with a vintage look. Rachel Donley has her letter to Santa canvas available in a new size, 2.5×3.5. Three designs are available, making them easy to personalize. Rachel Barri has a new birthday canvas with HBD in her popular helium balloons. Another adorable canvas is a pink Barbie car. She also has new plates. I just discovered these 4″ rounds, and if I were not inundated with canvases to stitch and enough Christmas ornaments to decorate six trees, I’d buy these in a second.
Hedgehog has added new vintage luggage tags. The company’s canvases are now stitch-printed instead of painted. A new Kate Dickerson canvas has a blanket-wearing llama in a crest decorated with tassels. She also has a tennis crest with a large ball and crossed racquets. Plum Stitchery has a new collection, The Menagerie Collection, with profiles of animals dressed in human clothes. Penny Linn has a wonderful series of big trucks of all kinds. They are small and would make ornaments for little boys. The Salty Stitcher has a series of 12 Days rounds.
Alice Peterson has a great ornament for baseball fans. In this ornament, the seams on the ball are replaced with strings of Christmas lights. A new accessory from the company is a thread keeper. It’s a decorated ring, like the ones for holding thread bags. You can store skeins, bags, or thread cards on it and have some bling as well. There are nearly 30 designs in all. Canvasworks has several new ornaments with a Royal Stewart tartan as a background, including one for an initial monogram. The company also has an ornament with bog white polka dots, available in seven different colors. Gone Stitching has lots of new Judaic canvaes that are perfect for kids or beginners.
KCN has a new mini-sock with a Christmas tree on a striped background. It’s available in pink or blue. It would be a charming baby present. The company also has a woodland creatures mini-sock with a decorated Christmas tree. You can get it with an indoor or outdoor scene. A full-size stocking from the company has a lovely decorated tree filling the stocking. It’s on 13 mesh, making it fast to stitch. A lovely new canvas from KCN is a cherry tree in an oriental cloisonne style.
Cooper Oaks has a series of sheep from Linda Radko. Each is wearing a different Provencal print. On 13 mesh and only 3×4, they will be quick to stitch. The company also has three new canvases from Susan Wallace Barnes, including one of weather sayings. Melissa Prince has added seven new canvases to her mod sea creatures series. She also has an new coaster size canvas of Lucy & Ricky about to kiss in a heart.
