Mindy has added a series of new canvases for passport cover inserts. Morgan Julia is introducing a new series, On Island, inspired by Nantucket. These canvases are in navy, raspberry, and aqua color schemes that are quite fresh. Two new canvases from Kate Rees from CBK feature either colorful Christmas ornaments on navy or bright pastel snails on white. Kate Dickerson’s new artist Gabby Malpas has a lovely vertical canvas of oranges and orange blossoms. It has a lovely traditional look with a modern soft cream background.
Pippin has redesigned the Nine Hearts canvas into a design that is a great place to try stitches. The hearts are plain with patterned backgrounds. A new canvas from the company is called Squared Heart. It’s an elongated heart made of squares in warm colors with dots in shades of blue. A companion canvas has the same heart as an eyeglass case. There is also a canvas of a hand-drawn color wheel. A small starfish square is available in your choice of four colors. Finally, a new stocking cuff has three sleeping dogs.
Alice Peterson has a canvas of a fall doorway with an autumn leaf wreath with white and orange pumpkins on the steps. Another new canvas from the company has a gnome in front of the word joy. Voila features a hamsa hand and hearts in pink, blue, and green in a new glasses case canvas. Madeline Elizabeth has a lovely new canvas of the Sanibel lighthouse shining out at night. Another new canvas is a mountain landscape with a river.
Fleur de Paris designer Cindi Lynch has an adorable canvas of a snowman with two dachshunds. It has a Mary Engelbreit style. Another canvas from the company is from Joy Juarez and features a dancing nutcracker. Kangaroo Paw has two new fall mermaids and new sorority rounds with leopard print. Kristine Kingston has new nautical stocking cuffs featuring anchors, available in three colors. A new canvas from The Point of it All is a shop front called Beaches and Cream, with a design by Emma Ball. Painted Pony has dozens of new canvases for Planet Earth fobs, including a lovely one for a stitcher.
Mattingly Low Vision is now making the Big Eye magnifying lamps. They also make a light with a 10″ bar that can be set to three color modes. Turtle Bags has introduced a new light red-violet color called jellyfish.
The Meredith Collection’s Big Buddies needleminders include new animals, including an octopus in two colors, an enamel camel and jeweled leopard. Martinis and ugly Christmas sweaters are other new needle minders from the company. Beau Verre has new fused glass needle minders for Hanukkah and Christmas. Yarn Tree has added enameled needleminders to its line. They are about 1″ in diameter. Rebel Stitcher Designs is a new maker of needle minders in resin or enamel.
Finally, this just in. A Houston Astros mini tote for last weekend’s World Series win is brand new and available in limited quantities from Chandail Needlework.
